Baked Meatballs

  • 4 Tbsp onions , minced
  • 3 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Lb lean ground beef or turkey
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 3/4 Cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 Fl Oz whole milk
  • 1/4 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 ℉. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Add onions and vegetable oil to small skillet. Cook over medium heat until tender, about 3 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix in onions. Shape mixture into small meatballs. Place on baking sheet. Bake until thoroughly cooked, about 10 to 12 minutes.
